Former Haas team principal Guenther Steiner stated that British driver Lewis Hamilton is not afraid of the pressure following his switch to Ferrari and believes in his success with the Italian team.

On February 1, 2024, it was officially announced that Lewis Hamilton would join Ferrari for the 2025 season, with Charles Leclerc from Monaco as his teammate. At the end of the 2024 season, the British driver earned 223 points, finishing seventh in the standings.
