Cejudo Talks About His Favorite In Pavlovich vs Aspinall Fight

Former UFC double champion Henry Cejudo revealed who he thinks will prevail in the clash between Sergei Pavlovich and Tom Aspinall at UFC 295 in New York (USA).

Cejudo said on his Youtube channel:

I’m going for the Russian. I think Sergei is a lot more agile. I think he brings a lot more power. I think Tom is good, I think Tom’s footwork could be a little problematic, but there’s something about Russians that they just come from a great school of technique, of the school of combat. For that reason, I got to go with Sergei. There’s a lot of hype with him. He’s got knockout power. … For that reason at heavyweight, you got to go with power.

Pavlovich last fought in April 2023 against American Curtis Blaydes at UFC Fight Night 222. In this confrontation Sergey won by technical knockout in the first round. He has 18 wins and one loss on his record.

Aspinall last fought against Marcin Tybura in July 2023 at UFC Fight Night 224. Tom won that fight by technical knockout in the first round. He has 13 wins and three losses under his belt.

Cejudo's last fight was in May of this year against Aljamain Sterling at UFC 288. In that fight, Henry was defeated by a split decision of the judges. He has 16 wins and three losses on his record.
