Former UFC featherweight champion Holly Holm of the United States has declared her desire to fight Julianna Peña.
Their fight was scheduled for the UFC on ESPN 24 tournament in May 2021, but Holm was diagnosed with hydronephrosis and was forced to decline the fight.
I'm very interested in this fight. Last year was definitely a tough year for me. I had to have kidney surgery and that's why our fight didn't happen. So we're left with unfinished business.

Holm had her last fight in May 2022 at UFC Fight Night 206, losing to Kathleen Vieira by split decision. In October 2020, she defeated Irene Aldana by unanimous decision at UFC on ESPN 16. The 41-year-old Holm has 14 wins and six losses under her belt.
