Former UFC women's flyweight champion Holly Holm will replace the injured Miesha Tate in a fight with Mayra Bueno Silva in the main event of UFC Fight Night on July 15 in Las Vegas. This was reported by famous insider Ariel Helwani.
Hill last fought against Yana Santos in March of this year at UFC on ESPN 43. In that fight, Holly won by unanimous decision of the judges. She has 15 wins and six losses under her belt.
Silva last stepped into the Octagon against Lina Lansberg this past February at UFC Fight Night 219. That fight, which was stopped in the second round, ended in favor of Mayra by submission. She has 10 wins, two losses and one draw.
