American UFC light heavyweight fighter Anthony Smith has revealed that he wants to fight former UFC middleweight champion Alex Pereira.
Yeah, I'd like that fight against Alex. I'm a big fan of Alex, I'm a big fan of kickboxing, so I knew who Alex Pereira was even before he came to MMA.

Smith will fight against Johnny Walker of Brazil at UFC on ABC 4 on the night of May 14 in Charlotte, US. In July, 2022, at UFC 277, Anthony lost by TKO in the second round to Magomed Ankalaev. Smith has 36 wins and 17 losses under his belt.
Pereira had his last fight against Israel Adesanya on UFC 287 in April of this year. In that fight, Alex was defeated by knockout in the second round. He has seven wins and two losses under his belt.
