Former double UFC champion Georges St-Pierre will become the first mixed martial arts fighter to be inducted into the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame.
St-Pierre will be among 11 athletes on the 2023 inductees list. The ceremony will take place on October 19.
St-Pierre, 42, had his last career fight against Michael Bisping in November 2017 at UFC 217. Georges won that middleweight title clash with a third-round submission. He has 26 wins and two losses on his record.
