A video showing UFC lightweight No. 11 American Jalin Turner reacting aggressively to a prank appeared online.
The prankster stood on an escalator with Turner and his team while insulting the fighter, pretending to be on the phone. Turner did not enjoy the humor and attacked the joker, who immediately said it was a prank.
On the night of July 9 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Jalin Turner will fight Dan Hooker at UFC 290.
Turner, 27, lost by split decision to Mateusz Gamrot at UFC 287 in Miami in March. He has 18 wins and seven losses under his belt.
Hooker, 33, defeated Claudio Puelles by TKO in the second round in November 2022. He has 22 wins and 12 losses under his belt.
