Kansas City Chiefs vs Los Angeles Chargers Prediction: A competitive week 14 encounter is expected

Arrowhead Stadium will host the National Football League encounter between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers. The two teams have been impressive this season and will hope to keep things running. How will this game unfold?

Kansas City Chiefs secured a 19-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders the previous weekend and will hope for another similar outcome here. In that game, the Kansas City Chiefs had a strong start, which saw them win 3-0 and 7-0 in the first two quarters. However, they lost 6-7 and 3-7 in the final quarter, seeing them win by two points at full time. In the meantime, the Kansas City Chiefs have secured wins in four of their last five games, losing only once in 12 matches this season.  

The Los Angeles Chargers last game was against the Atlanta Falcons, and they secured a 13-17 win. In that game, the Los Angeles Chargers had a slow start, which saw them lose 7-3 in the first quarter. However, a 0-6 and 6-8 win in the final quarters saw them win the game as the final quarter ended goalless. Heading into this game, the Los Angeles Chargers have only one defeat in recent games, coming against the Baltimore Ravens. In other games, the Los Angeles Chargers defeated the Cincinnati Reds, Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints. 

These are two solid sides with good offensive and defensive performances. However, the Kansas City Chiefs have been more than impressive this season, and I expect them to take advantage of their turf. Yet, the Los Angeles Chargers are not far from behind, and I expect them to be a huge problem for their opponent. I expect the Los Angeles Chargers to close the odds here, while we expect a very high-scoring game.
