Quincy Crew: Need to cling to points

Quincy Crew is the winner of the first North American Regional League this DPC cycle 2021/22. Quincy Crew players were the most outraged about the cancellation of the first major, and it's no surprise since they became the strongest team in North America and should have been preparing for the major playoffs, only to end up with another four-team regional showdown. What the QC players did fail at was the regional finals, becoming only the third team in their region and receiving no extra DPC points. Whether that was the result of a reluctance to play after the cancellation of the Major is possible, but in the second DPC league the guys failed in the replay. With 6 wins and only 1 loss, Quincy Crew was forced to replay, which they failed miserably, leaving them without a May major.

In the new summer tour, the team was once again formed around the first and second playing position, Quinn and YawaR, joined from Alliance by Brazilian third position carry player LESLÃO, with MSS and Fata defending the honor of the team as support. Team Quincy Crew continues to be a formidable force, the team was second in the summer tour, so the American squad will perform for the home audience. The main thing is that they have something to show and not to fail miserably.

Major is the only international tournament where Quincy Crew will play before TI11 (if they get there). It's a shame they lost qualification to TSM (2-3) for ESL One Malaysia 2022, but it's important to get DPC points at the Majors, although if EG and TSM make it to the main tournament of the year, it's hard to imagine who in the North American qualification can give battle to Quincy Crew.

Talon Esports: Asians will give a fight to the American team

The Hong Kong project Talon Esports has finally started to bring results. Top-seeded carry 23savage took the team out of the Second Division and immediately earned themselves and their teammates the first ever major and the vice-championship in the elite division of the Asian Regional DPC. Moreover, the guys played re-match with BOOM Esports for first place, plus they are the only ones in Asia to beat the champions.

But not the full Talon Esports lineup made it to the U.S. major... The fourth position support Q failed to get a visa, which led to a replacement. Xepher from T1 came to the rescue, worth noting that this is the former teammate of main star 23savage. Prior to the major, Talon Esports played a closed qualification for another international tournament in August, ESL One Malaysia 2022. Yes, the guys got themselves a slot, thanks to the rejection of some team, due to which the Asian region was awarded a second gift slot for the main event, but the team's game leaves much to be desired.

As if after the vice-championship in Asia, 23savage became unbearable for his team again, as it was a year ago in T1. The Major will show what kind of morale and readiness the Asian team is in now.

Talon Esports is a Hong Kong-based eSports organization that broke into the Dota 2 world in November 2021. It started out ambitious: the signing of Fly and Gabbi sounded formidable, but the star-studded lineup couldn't even make it out of the second division, which immediately forced the stars to leave this project. Not from the first time the team passed the open quals, in the first round and even became the fifth in the lower leagues, but the organization did not immediately shut down the project, just started to act differently, to form a different lineup, which yielded results.

The big move of the first position carry 23savage from T1 was an important aspect that helped the team take the second place in the second division at the end of the second DPC league spring round and get a ticket to the elite, where the guys are going to show us their power, if you can call it that. The roster after the spring and summer rounds has not changed, the team did not play anywhere else, and systematically prepared for the American major and qualification for TI11.
