Balestier Central vs Young Lions Prediction: The Tigers will get off to a flying start

Balestier Central will square off against Young Lions on Saturday at the Bishan Stadium. The Tigers have not been themselves lately, winning just one of their last four games. At the same time, Young Lions have won back-to-back home matches. This encounter could go either way, however, the hosts stand a better chance of amassing the maximum points.

The Tigers settled for a (3-3) stalemate against a struggling Hougang United. Balestier Central, who were (0-3) up away from home, failed to maintain their pace as the hosts walked back into the encounter to split points. Before then, they had lost to Tampines Rovers despite playing out a (2-2) stalemate at some point in the game. It’s obvious their defence have been abysmal this season, and that might cost them a top-four finish in the long run.
