Beterbiev vs. Yarde can take place on January 28 at Wembley in London

The fight between WBC, WBO and IBF light heavyweight champions Russian Artur Beterbiev and British Anthony Yarde can take place at Wembley in London on January 28.

The official information about the place of the fight will be available after the fight between Yarde and Stefani Koykov that will take place on November 19. You may recall that Yarde and Beterbiev were supposed to meet in the ring in October, but the Russian withdrew due to surgery on the right knee.

Beterbiev came to the ring against American Joe Smith Jr. in June of this year. That fight was won by TKO in the second round. He has 18 wins, all of them taken early, but no defeats.

Yarde faced his compatriot Lyndon Arthur in December, 2021. Anthony won that fight early, knocking out his opponent in the fourth round. Yarde has 22 wins (21 by knockout) and two losses.
