ESPN Names Undisputed World Champion Inoue As Boxer Of The Year

American sports website ESPN has summed up the results of the year 2023 in professional boxing and the winner of the most prestigious Boxer of the Year award is the absolute world champion at super bantamweight Naoya Inoue.

Former undisputed world lightweight champion Devin Haney is in second place, with Terence Crawford and David Benavidez coming in next.

Inoue's last fight was against Marlon Tapales on December 26 in Tokyo. In that fight, Naoya won by knockout in the tenth round. He has 26 wins (23 by knockout) and no losses on his record in professional boxing.
