Former WBC Champion Jermall Charlo to Appear in Court on November 7

The hearing for the case involving former WBC world champion in the middleweight division, Jermall Charlo, who has been charged with an accident involving intoxication, is set for November 7th.

In May this year, Charlo crashed his Lamborghini Urus into another vehicle and fled the scene, but police found him later and alcohol in his system. Following this incident, the World Boxing Council (WBC) removed Charlo's championship belt.

Charlo's last fight was against Jose Benavidez in November 2023, where he won by unanimous decision after a full distance. He has a record of 33 victories (22 knockouts) with no losses in his professional boxing career.
