WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has pulled out of his fight against WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO titleholder Oleksandr Usyk, which was scheduled to take place on February 17 in Saudi Arabia.

According to well-known journalist Michael Benson, Fury withdrew from the bout due to a cut suffered in training.

Fury's last fight was against Francis Ngannou in October 2023. In this confrontation, Tyson won by split decision of judges. He has 34 wins (24 by knockout), one draw and no losses.

Usyk last entered the ring against Daniel Dubois in August 2023. Oleksandr won that fight by knockout in the ninth round. He has 21 wins (14 by knockout) without a single defeat.
