Eddie Hearn, promoter of former heavyweight champion British boxer Anthony Joshua, has not ruled out the possibility that his client may announce his retirement as early as 2025.
Hearn was quoted as saying by the Manchester Evening News:

This could be [Joshua's] last year in the sport.
Joshua last fought against Daniel Dubois in September 2024. In that fight, which was stopped in the fifth round, Anthony lost by knockout. His professional boxing record includes 28 wins (25 by knockout) and four losses.
