Former WBO interim heavyweight titleholder Zhilei Zhang has expressed his views on the potential matchup between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.

I don’t think that fight means a lot in terms of belts and championships because that fight has been discussed for years. I think it’s a good way to see who is one of the best heavyweights in the UK, but other than that, I don’t see any meaning for that fight other than bluster.

Joshua last entered the ring in September 2024, losing to Daniel Dubois by knockout in the fifth round. His record stands at 28 wins (25 by knockout) and four losses.
