As a protest, Roya Samim donned an Afghanistan Cricket kit to protest against the void created by the Taliban, which banned all sporting activities for women in Afghanistan. Roya, who is right now in Canada, played a virtual e-sport tournament where she put up her kit. Roya wanted to become a cricket even after being a Mathematics teacher and spent seevn-eight hours on training a day at times.
