
On Tuesday, February 18, the O2 arena in London hosted the launch event for the Formula 1 cars for the 2025 season.
Each of the ten teams was given seven minutes to present their car designs and discuss their goals for the season. Notably, performers entertained the audience during intermissions.
Photos from Reuters show that McLaren and Williams have already unveiled their new cars—MCL39 and FW47, respectively. Ferrari is set to reveal its SF25 car in Italy on February 19, while Aston Martin and Mercedes will present their cars on February 23 and 24.
Pre-season testing is scheduled to start next week. The first race of the new F1 season will take place in Melbourne, Australia, from March 14 to 16.
Earlier, Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen set a new record for the most days leading in Formula 1.
Additionally, the F1 press office announced on its official website that the contract with the Belgian Grand Prix has been extended until 2031.
