Carlo Ancelotti Celebrates His 900 Match As Top-5 League Club Manager

Real Madrid's La Liga coach Carlo Ancelotti, leading the Blancos in the 29th round match of the Spanish championship against Osasuna, achieved a unique milestone.

The away match, in which the Royal Club secured a 4-2 victory, became the 64-year-old Italian master's 900th at the helm of a top European club. Ancelotti, leading Madrid since June 2021, has coached los Blancos in 180 matches. Prior to that, he managed Parma (68 matches), Juventus (84), Milan (283), Chelsea (76), Paris Saint-Germain (57), Bayern Munich (40), Napoli (53), and Everton (58), winning the title in each of the top-5 leagues.

After 29 rounds of the 2023/2024 La Liga season, Real Madrid leads the table with 72 points.

On March 6, Relevo reported on Ancelotti's legal troubles, as the specialist faces up to four years and nine months in prison under Spanish law for not paying taxes amounting to approximately one million euros.
