Former Italy Defender Giorgio Chiellini Ends Career At 39

Goal reported that former Juventus and Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini will officially announce the end of his professional career on December 12.

Chiellini played for Juventus from 2005 to 2022. The defender scored 36 goals and 26 assists in 561 matches for the Turin club, and won the Italian championship nine times.

Chiellini played 117 matches for the Italian national team, scoring eight goals, and won the European Championship in 2020.
