The head coach of Manchester City, Josep Guardiola, stated that he has no intention of developing other teams in the future.

City Xtra reports Guardiola as saying, citing journalist Dani Garcia:

I'm not going to manage another team. I'm not talking about the long-term future but what I'm not going to do is leave Manchester City and go to another country to do the same thing as I am now.

Currently, Manchester City is in fourth place in the Premier League standings, having earned 27 points from 15 matches in the championship.
