
The Brazil national team has announced its squad for the March qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, including 33-year-old Neymar. The forward, who has played for Barcelona and PSG, is making his return to the team after a year and a half away.
His last appearance for the national team was on October 18, 2023, in a match against Uruguay (0:2), where he played for one half. He has a total of 128 caps for the national team, scoring 79 goals and providing 59 assists.
In March, Brazil will face Colombia (March 21) and Argentina (March 25). Neymar, who joined Santos from Al-Hilal on January 31, has already made an impact with three goals and three assists in seven matches for the club.
