UFC fighter Jéssica Andrade has commented on the upcoming fight between the promotion's reigning women's strawweight champion Weili Zhang and Amanda Lemos, which will take place on August 20 at UFC 292.

Amanda Lemos is very tough. Her striking is very, very hard. If Weili isn't careful, doesn’t take her down, or doesn’t work well with her jiu-jitsu, I believe Lemos becomes the new champion because of the power she has. She’s very, very strong.
Zhang last fought against Carla Esparza in November 2022 at UFC 281. In that confrontation, Weili won by choke in the second round. She has 23 wins and three losses under her belt.
Lemos last stepped into the octagon against Marina Rodriguez in November 2022 at UFC Fight Night 214. That fight ended in favor of Amanda by technical knockout in the third round. She has 13 wins, two losses and one draw.
