Askhabov Brothers Released From Custody In Thailand

Famous UFC fighter Khusein Askhabov and his brother Khasan have been released from custody in Thailand after their recent arrest on charges of kidnapping and torture with intent to rob.

According to REDFURYMMA, the Askhabov brothers were cleared of all charges. Khusein and Khasan were arrested after they were named by the victim, but during the investigation it turned out that they were not involved in the crime.

Recall that on October 8 at UFC Fight Night 229 in Las Vegas, Khusein Askhabov was supposed to fight with American Daniel Pineda, but the fight was canceled due to the arrest of the fighter.

Askhabov last fought against Jamall Emmers in February of this year at UFC Fight Night 219. In this confrontation, Khusein was defeated by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 23 wins and one loss in mixed martial arts.
