Cannonier admits he cried after his loss to Adesanya at UFC 276

Former UFC middleweight belt contender Jared Cannonier spoke out about his fight with Israel Adesanya at UFC 276 in July.

Jared Cannonier
Tears are not a sign of weakness, but a biological human reaction that helps relieve stress and tension. I wasn't crying because I wanted to be pitied, I was just upset with my performance.

Remember, Cannonier lost to Adesanya by unanimous decision of the judges.

In his last fight, Cagnonier, 38, fought Sean Strickland on the night of December 18 at UFC Fight Night 216. Jared won this fight by split decision. He has 16 wins and six losses to his credit.
