American UFC fighter Michael Chandler issued a challenge to former UFC double champion Conor McGregor during the WWE Raw event.
Previously, UFC President Dana White expressed hope to arrange a fight between McGregor and Chandler in the upcoming fall.

Chandler's most recent fight was against Dustin Poirier in November 2022 at UFC 281, where he was defeated by submission in the third round. He has 23 wins and eight losses in his record.
McGregor's last Octagon appearance was against the same Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264, a fight he lost due to a technical knockout caused by a leg fracture. McGregor holds 22 wins and six losses in his career.
