During the bout between Ghanaian Michael Boapeah and Congolese Ulric Bokeme on June 17 at the Glory: Collision 5 tournament, a shocking incident occurred.
This confrontation ended after Bokeme complained of some discomfort in his mouth. Ulric returned to his corner, spitting out a mouth guard, and then it turned out that he had lost several front teeth.
The referee then immediately stopped the fight, awarding Boapeah the victory by TKO in the first round.
In the main event of this year's Glory tournament, Kevin Osaro and Antonio Plazibat fought for the Glory interim heavyweight title. In this fight Osaro won by knockout in the fifth round.
