ESPN US has compiled a ranking of the top 100 athletes of the XXI century. This week they announced only 25 names of the athletes from 100th to 76th places.
The list includes the following athletes among MMA fighters and boxers: former UFC double champion Georges St-Pierre and former world champion in two weight categories Bernard Hopkins.
St-Pierre last fought against Michael Bisping in November 2017 at UFC 217. Georges won that fight by third-round submission and claimed the UFC middleweight championship belt.
In February 2019, St-Pierre announced his retirement. He has 26 wins and two losses on his mixed martial arts record.
