Brazilian UFC lightweight Renato Moicano has reached out via social media to former interim lightweight division champion Tony Ferguson with an offer to fight.

Recall that UFC 287 will take place in Miami on April 8, headlined by a middleweight title rematch between Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya.
The 33-year-old Moicano defeated Brad Riddell by first-round choke in his last fight at UFC 281 in November 2022. He has 17 wins and five losses under his belt.
The 38-year-old Ferguson, who is on a streak of five straight losses, lost to Nate Diaz by fourth-round choke at UFC 279 in September 2022. He has 25 wins and eight losses under his belt.
