Former UFC fighter Nate Diaz, an American mixed martial artist in the welterweight division, has been charged with beating a nightclub employee in Las Vegas.
The incident occurred in August 2024 when Diaz and several friends tried to enter a nightclub. Witnesses reported that Nate was holding up the line at the box office, and when a security guard approached to ask if there was a problem, the fighter immediately pushed the guard. The guard responded, and Diaz hit him in the face.
Diaz's last fight was a boxing match against Jorge Masvidal in July 2024, where he won by majority decision. His mixed martial arts record stands at 21 wins and 13 losses.
