Nate Diaz Intends to Return to UFC and Fight for Title

Mixed martial arts star Nate Diaz said he still wants to return to the UFC and talked about his desire to fight for the promotion's title.

I’d like to go back and fight for a world title. If not, I’m going to have make my own world title and make the best come to me. I would like to be back in the UFC or fight the belt holders in boxing, also. Right now, the UFC has the best fighters in the world and have for years. I’m trying to fight the best.

Diaz's next fight is against video blogger Jake Paul. The fight will take place on August 5 in Dallas, USA.

Diaz last faced Tony Ferguson in September 2022 at UFC 279. In that fight, Nate won by choke in the fourth round. He announced his retirement from the UFC after that fight. He has 24 wins and 13 losses under his belt.
