O'Malley thinks Sterling will beat Cejudo

American UFC fighter Sean O'Malley believes the promotion's lightweight champion Aljamain Sterling will defeat former two-division league champion Henry Cejudo.

Sean O'Malley on the Michael Bisping podcast
To be honest, I think Aljo probably submits Henry. Who knows how hard Henry's been training? Every time you saw him at the fights he looked fat, drunk, so I don't know. I think Aljo probably chokes him.

Sterling last fought against his compatriot T.J. Dillashaw this past October at UFC 280. That bout was won by TKO in the second round by Aljamain. He has 22 wins and three losses under his belt.

The last time Cejudo appeared in the octagon was against his compatriot, Dominick Cruz, in May, 2020, at UFC 249. That fight ended with Henry's victory by TKO in the second round. He has 16 wins and two losses under his belt.
