UFC lightweight champion Aljamain Sterling posted a photo on social media showing how his form has changed since his fight with Henry Cejudo.

Recall, the fight between Sterling and Cejudo, which took place on the night of May 7 at UFC 288, went the whole distance and ended with Aljamain winning by split decision of the judges.
Sterling, 33, had previously entered the Octagon in October 2022 at UFC 280, defeating T.J. Dillashaw by TKO in the second round. He has 23 wins and three losses.
Cejudo, 36, had his last fight in May 2020 at UFC 249, beating Dominick Cruz by TKO in the second round. He has 16 wins and three losses under his belt.
