34-year-old Volkov defeated Alexander Romanov by technical knockout in the first round at UFC Fight Night 221 in March 2023. Alexander, 34, has 36 wins and ten losses on his record.
Tuivasa, 30, last stepped into the octagon in December 2022 at UFC on ESPN 42, losing to Sergei Pavlovich by first-round knockout. He has 15 wins and five losses under his belt.
