Former UFC women's flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko talked about a possible move to professional wrestling league WWE:
I would love to [perform in WWE]. And I could say like, I don’t have to wait to where I’m done fighting, could do both, yeah. And It’s a huge opportunity, if now its kind of like ‘opened doors’, If in the future I will have this opportunity, I definitely would be very grateful for that.
We will remind, on the night of September 17 at UFC Fight Night 227 Shevchenko will hold a rematch with the champion of the women's flyweight division Alexa Grasso.
Shevchenko and Grasso first met in March 2023 at UFC 285. That confrontation ended with Alexa winning by choke in the fourth round.
Shevchenko, 35, has 23 wins and four losses on her record. Grasso, 30, has 16 wins and three losses.
