Valve introduced an update for Dota 2 in celebration of the upcoming The Bali Major 2023.
The developers added cards of major participants, as well as a 75% discount on team sets of participants of the summer DPC season. Each gamer may get 10 sets of cards. In addition, the players will be able to get 1 more set for the first victory in matchmaking. The cards can be used for building a Fantasy Team for every game day of The Bali Major 2023.
Valve also announced the dates of regional qualifiers for The International 2023. The qualifiers will be held separately for each of the six regions. Teams will compete for eight slots. South America and Western Europe received two slots each. North America, China, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe will play for 1 slot.
Qualifiers for The International 2023:
- August 17-21: North America and China;
- August 22-26: South America and Eastern Europe;
- August 27-31: Southeast Asia and Western Europe.
