Nadal Considers Pulling Out From Singles Tournament At Olympics

Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal has spoken about his possible withdrawal from the singles tournament at the Paris Olympic Games.

Nadal told OK Diario:

I don't know if I'll play, I'll have to go back to the village and talk to the team. I'll make the decision that I think is most appropriate to have a chance of getting results for Spain. Sometimes, less is more.

Previously, Nadal ranked third among the best tennis players of the 21st century, according to ESPN, trailing behind Serbian Novak Djokovic and Swiss Roger Federer.

It is worth noting that Nadal improved his ranking by over 100 spots thanks to his participation in the ATP finals in Båstad, Sweden.
