Even though Bulgaria has turned in a lot of performances that were less than stellar, I still believe that they have a shot at winning. In the meantime, despite the fact that I believe that this match will be determined by a very slim margin, I am going to put my money on Serbia to win this one because of their superior team and high level of play.
