The 26-year-old Japanese boxer Junto Nakatani became the third weight class champion in February and is ranked among the top ten boxers in the world regardless of weight class (P4P) by The Ring.

In his last fight, Nakatani beat Alejandro Santiago by technical knockout (28-3-5 record at the time).

Vincent Astrolabio

Astrolabio, a 27-year-old Filipino boxer, had wins over Guillermo Rigondeaux and Nikolai Potapov at 2022, but failed to win the vacant WBO flyweight title. Last August, he beat Nawafon Kaikanha (58-2-1 record at the time) by technical knockout in a WBC qualifying bout.

Astrolabio is a protégé of the legendary Manny Pacquiao and comes from the same city as the great champion, and his trainer Sean Gibbson wouldn't consider it a sensation if he suddenly tackled Nakatani.
