The Republic of Chad will face off against Sierra Leone at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Ivory Coast tomorrow. Both teams will be confident of securing one of the two spots on the standings and a winner must emerge here after their stalemate in the previous meeting.

The Leone Stars recorded one of their biggest wins since 2008, defeating a star-studded Ivorian team. Sierra Leone played their cards right, defending as a unit and scoring a goal to deny the AFCON Champions the maximum points. The (1-0) win ended Ivory Coast's eleven games without a defeat in all competitions. The victory reignited their hopes of playing in Morocco next year. 

They have conceded seven goals in both matches while scoring four and presently sit in the third spot on the log, picking up four points from a combined twelve. 

Amidu Karim's men stand a better chance of advancing to the next phase, provided they secure the maximum possible points here.

The reverse leg ended in a toothless stalemate between both teams, even though Sierra Leone were the better team.
