Borussia Dortmund vs TSG Hoffenheim Prediction: Can Dortmund win this important game?

Following their historic Champions League match against Barcelona in the middle of the week, Borussia Dortmund will now return to their domestic obligations. This coming Saturday afternoon at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, they will be playing host to Hoffenheim in match day 14. In the derby between two Borussian teams that took place on Saturday, Dortmund and Monchengladbach shared the spoils. They had the lead thanks to Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, who was playing well, but they were unable to maintain it even though they missed several opportunities at Borussia Park.

The current season has been a challenging one for Hoffenheim. Within the first thirteen rounds of the competition, they have only managed to secure three victories. As far as the Bundesliga rankings are concerned, it is only good enough for the fourteenth spot. This places them in the 12th position in offensive rankings and ties them for the fourth-worst defensive record in the region. However, their performance on the road has been a big cause for concern. In their most recent ten matches away from home, the club has not been able to score a victory, and they have lost six of those matches and drawn four of them.
