Stefanos Tsitsipas was instrumental in Greece's 4-1 victory against Bulgaria in the opening round of Group A matches in Perth.
On Thursday, he fought from a set down to defeat Grigor Dimitrov in the singles match, and on Friday, he teamed up with Maria Sakkari to defeat the Bulgarian combo of Adrian Andreev and Gergana Topalova in the mixed doubles.

The Greek, on the other hand, struck back in the second set, breaking the Bulgarian twice and tying the match at one set apiece. Neither player was broken in the fourth set, but Tsitsipas edged Dimitrov in a tight tiebreak to win 4-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-4).
In the mixed doubles match, Tsitsipas and Sakkari were overpowering, winning 6-4, 6-4.
David Goffin
On Saturday, Belgium and Bulgaria tied 1-1 after David Goffin lost his opening singles match in the competition to Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov.
The world No. 53 trailed by a break early in the first set, but he recovered and put the match back on serve. Dimitrov, on the other hand, gained a second break late in the game to take a one-set-to-love lead.
In the second set, Goffin broke in the first game, but Dimitrov immediately broke back.
